In this episode of the Sojourning Scholar Podcast, I chatted with Dr. Arna Erega. Dr. Erega shares the identity of a former elite international student-athlete.

She competed in Division I intercollegiate athletics and pursued her dreams in the professional track and field arena as an Olympic hopeful for Croatia.

Today she is a licensed clinical mental health counselor and a certified mental performance consultant with a passion for supporting student athletes and international students in achieving success in their respective arenas.

In this episode, we discuss some of the unspoken truths of studying abroad and how to adapt to a new culture as an international student.
